Job summary

KAF Cafe in Dubai is hiring a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead one of our branches. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of luxury café or upscale restaurant management experience and a proven track record of delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee daily operations, train FOH/BOH teams, manage inventory and scheduling, ensure compliance with UAE health and labour laws, monitor sales and profitability, and collaborate with HR, Finance and Marketing to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury café or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Lead, train, and motivate FOH and BOH teams.
• Monitor inventory, staff schedules, and compliance with health & labour regulations.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Monitor branch sales, expenses, and profitability.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll, leave, and staffing.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
