Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Butler, Guest Relations professional, Concierge, or in a similar luxury hospitality role.
• Experience within a luxury hotel or serviced residence is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly personalized, discreet service to residents and guests.
• Welcome guests, assist with arrival and departure arrangements.
• Anticipate needs and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping to fulfill requests.
