Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality is valued.

• Ability to manage multiple guest requests with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate services, dining reservations and bespoke requests across hotel departments.
• Maintain guest profiles to support personalized recognition in future stays and assist with packing, wardrobe and related services.
