MARLI New York is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Dubai to act as the store’s representative, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales. You will work with the Boutique Manager and other ambassadors to implement MARLI’s plans, engage customers, and maintain brand authenticity.

You will train junior ambassadors, manage customer data in the CRM, and participate in events. The role demands strong communication, organization, and the ability to work retail hours in a luxury

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience, luxury sector preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with client databases and CRM is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Be the MARLI ambassador in all assigned store missions and ensure brand consistency.
• Engage with customers, decipher needs, answer objections, and identify buying signals.
• Drive customer engagement, meet or exceed sales targets, and grow the boutique’s client portfolio.
• Train junior ambassadors and mentor teammates on selling and operating skills.
• Coordinate and support retail events, invites, guest lists, and post-event analytics.
• Ensure store opening/closing procedures, stock management, and CRM data updates.
