Foreground Consultancy seeks a Boutique Manager to lead operations for a premium chocolate brand location in Jumeirah, Dubai. You will translate heritage into an exceptional retail experience while steering a high-performing team to achieve luxury service and sales excellence.

The role requires strategic oversight of the boutique, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to inspire staff to deliver client-centric, high-end experiences in a prestigious setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in retail management, preferably luxury or boutique environments.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a must.
• Strong leadership, clienteling, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full boutique P&L, including sales targets, budget planning, and cost control.
• Drive the overall client journey with personalized, memorable service experiences.
• Lead a team of sales advisors, supervisors and support staff with clarity and consistency.
• Implement brand directives on visual merchandising, store layout, and seasonal presentations.
• Analyze sales data, client behavior, and team performance to inform decisions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and loss prevention practices.
• Act as the primary liaison with internal departments including merchandising, marketing and training.
