Job summary

Mode Search is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi boutique. You will own the store's commercial performance, drive sales growth and oversee a high-performing team on the shop floor.

In this luxury retail leadership role, you will build strong relationships with high-net-worth and VIC clients, coach staff on clienteling, and ensure an exceptional luxury experience while driving business development in Abu Dhabi's luxury market.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading a luxury boutique and developing teams.
Strong commercial acumen with ownership of sales performance.

Responsibilities

Own the Abu Dhabi boutique's commercial performance and drive sales growth.
Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team and maintain a high-performance culture.
Be highly visible on the shop floor and actively develop client relationships.
Build and strengthen a network of HNW and VIC clients in the Abu Dhabi luxury market.
Identify opportunities to grow the boutique’s client base and business locally.
Coach the team on clienteling, relationship management and performance.
Ensure an exceptional and consistent luxury client experience.
Oversee day-to-day boutique operations with strong processes and execution.
Collaborate with wider business stakeholders to support growth initiatives.
