Job summary

MODE SEARCH Ltd. is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its Abu Dhabi boutique, combining hands-on sales, strong team leadership and elite clienteling.

You will own the boutique’s commercial performance, coach the team to raise standards, and cultivate relationships with high‑net-worth and VIC clients, ensuring an exceptional luxury client experience. This role reports to senior retail leadership and requires fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a luxury boutique with team leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with ownership of sales performance.
• Established knowledge of Abu Dhabi luxury market and client landscape.
• Strong HNW and VIC clienteling experience.
• Business development capability to grow a local client network.
• Experience in fine jewellery or luxury watches advantageous.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills.
• Excellent operational discipline and high standards.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the overall commercial performance of the Abu Dhabi boutique, driving sales growth and delivering against business objectives.
• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team, creating a high-performance culture and consistently raising standards.
• Maintain a strong personal presence with clients, actively contributing to sales and the development of key relationships.
• Build and strengthen a network of HNW and VIC clients within the Abu Dhabi luxury market.
• Identify opportunities to grow the boutique’s client base and develop new business within the local market.
• Coach the team on clienteling, relationship management and commercial performance.
• Ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional and consistent luxury client experience.
• Oversee day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring strong processes, discipline and execution across all areas.
• Work closely with wider business stakeholders to support commercial initiatives and long-term boutique growth.
