Qualifications

• 3–5 years of beverage service experience.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and premium beverages.
• Refined member engagement skills with confident recommendations.
• Attention to detail in presentation and product quality.
• Commercial awareness of beverage cost, inventory, and revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable and personalized beverage service to members.
• Prepare and present beverages to high standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain expert knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and trends.
• Support development of menus, seasonal offerings, and signature experiences.
• Conduct tastings and share product knowledge with members and guests.
• Monitor stock, storage, rotation, and wastage for efficient operations.
• Share beverage knowledge with the F&B team and training colleagues.
• Ensure responsible beverage service and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
