Atlantis The Royal Dubai is seeking a polished Hostess for the Royal Tea Room. You will welcome guests, manage arrivals and seating, and maintain a seamless luxury dining atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have ≈2 years in luxury hospitality or high-end dining, exceptional communication, and the ability to engage with an international guest profile while upholding premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
• Preferably with international exposure.
• Excellent communication skills and guest handling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome arriving guests and create a polished first impression.
• Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner and manage seating according to availability.
• Inform guests of estimated waiting times when immediate seating is unavailable.
• Maintain and monitor the waiting list and coordinate with restaurant teams.
• Escort guests to tables and ensure a smooth, luxurious arrival experience.
