Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a sommelier for the Delilah Supper Club to join the Beverage team at our UAE resort. The role focuses on wine service, guest engagement, and beverage expertise in a luxury setting.

You will master the wine list, manage cellar inventory, and help lead staff training and wine-related classes. Fluent English required; WSET Level 2 preferred; shifts available; Dirhams salary with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of wine service experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Solid knowledge of wine regions, vintages, and service standards.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and present the wine list with confidence.
• Communicate guest preferences to kitchen and service teams.
• Maintain wine cellar inventory and assist in stock management.
• Lead wine-related classes and staff training.
• Ensure impeccable beverage presentation and service standards.
