Qualifications

• Experience in room attendant duties in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Attention to detail in cleanliness, linen quality and presentation.
• Ability to manage minibar replenishment and amenity restocking.

Responsibilities

• Collect the daily assignment sheet from Housekeeping and review rooms.
• Attend housekeeping meetings and briefings as scheduled.
• Prepare the housekeeping trolley and ensure stock of amenities and supplies.
• Clean guestrooms, make beds and inspect linen for marks or stains.
• Replace worn linen and replenish bathroom amenities and minibar items.
• Report maintenance defects promptly to Housekeeping Supervisor.
