Job summary

Accor is seeking a Recreation Attendant in Dubai for a 6-month assignment. The role requires engaging with guests, ensuring high standards of service, and maintaining pool area ambiance. You will promote wellness offerings and support opening/closing duties in a luxury hotel setting.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in recreation or guest services, basic first aid knowledge, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recreation attendant experience.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and assist in all guest needs (towels, lounge setup, cabana setup).
• Remove used towels and debris from pool deck throughout the day.
• Provide warm, personalized service in a luxury, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the pool area and facilities.
• Know wellness and recreation services and upsell wellness offers when possible.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and safety protocols.
