Job summary

Atlantis the Royal seeks a Help Desk Operator to register building complaints, service requests, and safety issues via the CAFM System. Coverage is required 24/7/365, with emphasis on prompt processing and accurate handover between shifts.

The role requires a Computer Skills certificate and strong English communication. You will support the Engineering FM team, maintain policy adherence, and help uphold a premier luxury guest experience at a world-class resort.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Computer Skills.
• Ability to assist engages and follows through methodically with complaints and tasks.
• Ability and willingness to help others.
• Computer Skills in regards to spreadsheets and data handling.
• Awareness of urgency and ability to determine priorities and elevate when necessary.
• Able to communicate well in the English Language, other languages a benefit.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls promptly with courteous etiquette.
• Process and log building service requests via CAFM System.
• Carry out task handling, recording and follow up.
• Monitor outstanding jobs and take appropriate action.
• Maintain compliance with FM policies and SOPs.
• Provide daily handover between shifts.
• Promote health and safety practices.
