Qualifications

Prior Front Office experience in luxury hotels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Welcoming Club InterContinental guests warmly and providing personalized, attentive, and professional service.
Managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
Recognising VIPs, returning guests, and IHG One Rewards members and noting their preferences.
Building genuine relationships with guests and anticipating their needs throughout their stay.
Assisting guests with enquiries regarding hotel facilities, restaurants, Club Lounge services, transportation, and local attractions.
