Job summary

Confidential Company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an LPG Operations Supervisor to plan, organize and supervise all LPG operations, ensuring quality and full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.

You will coordinate across departments to keep LPG available daily, prepare work plans with manpower, equipment and logistics, and enforce safety and permits before any work on station equipment. You will also train the team and drive continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in business or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise LPG operations ensuring quality and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with departments to keep LPG available daily and prevent dry-outs.
• Prepare work plans including manpower, equipment, and logistics needs.
• Ensure safety precautions and work permits before starting work on station equipment and enforce instructions.
• Regularly inspect operations to ensure safety and standards.
• Train the team on station procedures.
• Ensure all jobs follow approved standards and work instructions safely.
