Job summary

STAR SERVICES LLC is seeking a Supervisor for LPG Operations to manage daily LPG shift activities at My Station, ensuring safe, efficient operations and compliance with HSE requirements. The role includes planning manpower, coordinating with maintenance, and maintaining thorough shift documentation.

The incumbent will lead a team, monitor operations, and implement improvements while staying on-call for emergencies. A diploma or bachelors degree in business or equivalent is expected.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or LPG/industrial settings.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating multiple functions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise LPG shift operations to meet demand and safety standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment readiness.
• Develop work plans and allocate manpower and equipment as needed.
• Investigate incidents and report hazards or near misses to management.
• Prepare daily shift reports and monthly/weekly performance analyses.
