Cigna Healthcare is seeking a retention-focused professional to manage a book of existing customers, driving persistency and renewals. You will contact clients mid-year and at renewal, address queries, and handle potential cancellations with tact and efficiency.
You will also create communications to demonstrate policy value, maintain accurate records, and support the team in meeting KPIs and regulatory targets.
Reporting to the Retentions Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own book of our existing customer base with the goal of achieving persistency targets. The role involves proactively trying to create loyalty within your book of business by calling out both during the policy year and at renewal stage. You will be on hand to handle any queries they have and try to tackle these before your customer thinks about leaving. You will also need to objection handle customers who do decide to leave or stop making their payments. In addition to this, you will also need to personally engage with your clients by sending out communications and videos to help them see the value in their policy.
