Job summary

Robohub is seeking a diligent Stock Controller to manage inventory, coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, and support warehousing operations in Dubai. The role includes receiving stock, maintaining accurate records, and organizing the store for efficient retrieval.

You will liaise with suppliers and logistics partners, monitor stock levels, and ensure compliance with handling procedures. Arabic skills are a plus and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in storekeeping, warehousing, or logistics.
• Familiar with stock management systems or inventory software.
• Excellent record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to lift and move stock.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock, ensuring quantities and condition match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Organise and maintain the store in a clean, orderly, and clearly labelled manner for easy retrieval.
• Monitor stock levels and raise purchase requests when inventory falls below minimum thresholds.
• Prepare and pack outbound shipments for local deliveries and international orders; ensure items are labelled correctly.
• Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange pickups and track delivery status.
• Coordinate with suppliers on inbound deliveries and handle related paperwork.
