Job summary

RoboHub.ae is seeking a dedicated stock/warehouse operative in Dubai to manage stock receipts, storage, and outbound shipments. You will keep accurate records, perform regular stock counts, and ensure efficient inventory control.

The role involves coordinating inbound deliveries, packing and shipping items locally and internationally, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse. Prior warehousing experience and basic Excel and inventory tools will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Experience in storekeeping, warehousing or logistics.
• Familiarity with stock management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move stock; physically capable.
• Organised, reliable, able to multitask.
• Basic computer skills, Excel proficiency.
• Good English communication; Arabic a plus.
• UAE driving licence an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock and ensure accuracy with orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain stock records, conduct regular counts, and flag discrepancies.
• Organise the store, label items, and manage inventory thresholds.
• Prepare outbound shipments for local and international orders and coordinate with couriers.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inbound deliveries and verify delivery notes.
