Job summary

You will drive order management, reporting and compliance, working with distributors and global teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation, while pursuing continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar logistics role in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or pharma.
• Degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FOC Policy Process from application to execution and reconciliation.
• Monitor distributor reports, ensure stock data alignment.
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers to verify figures and proofs.
• Communicate with distributors and commercial teams to maintain compliance.
• Reflect orders in tracker and coordinate with global teams for delivery status.
• Generate reports on order status for management and partners.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper shipment documentation.
• Identify and implement logistics process improvements.
