Emirates Global Aluminium in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Logistics Administrator to coordinate shipment, transportation, and delivery operations ensuring orders meet terms and standards. You will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and production teams to keep schedules on track and maintain records.

The role requires 1–2 years in export shipping, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail. UAE-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant export shipping and logistics experience.
• Experience coordinating shipments, transportation administration, or freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Familiarity with shipping lines, transporters and freight forwarding processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily shipment and transportation activities to support timely delivery of customer orders.
• Enter and maintain shipment schedules and operational information in the company system.
• Coordinate with Production Scheduling, CFS, shipping lines, transporters, and freight forwarders to meet timelines.
• Track shipments and deliveries from dispatch through final completion.
