Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end material flow for EPC, construction, and renewable energy projects. You will plan and coordinate movement of materials to sites, work with procurement, stores, vendors and project teams, and manage warehousing, transport, customs, and export/import documentation to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or related field.
• 14-18 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in EPC, construction, or renewable energy projects.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the movement of materials, equipment, and resources to project sites.
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, vendors and project teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control and stock monitoring activities.
• Handle transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and local regulations.
• Maintain logistics records and provide periodic status reports to management.
