Job summary

PeopleStrong in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee transportation, warehousing, inventory management, customs clearance, and material distribution for EPC and renewable energy projects. You will ensure timely material availability for site execution and coordinate with procurement, stores, vendors, and project teams.

The role requires a BTech/related degree and 14–18 years in logistics, with strong knowledge of warehouse operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 14-18 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in EPC, construction, or renewable energy projects.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, transportation management, and customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the movement of materials, equipment, and resources to project sites.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Vendors, and Project teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Manage warehousing, inventory control, and stock monitoring activities.
• Handle transportation, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export documentation.
• Monitor logistics costs and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE requirements, and local regulations.
• Maintain logistics records and provide periodic status reports to management.
