Job summary

NSR Associates seeks a Major Project Logistics Director to lead the logistics strategy for a 2 Billion AED+ construction project in Abu Dhabi. You will drive on-site logistics, align multi-contractor teams and ensure safe, efficient delivery of people, materials, plant and equipment.

The role reports to the Project Executive Director and requires a proven track record in complex construction logistics, strong stakeholder engagement and a strategic mindset to achieve program certainty.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Major Project Logistics Director to lead the logistics strategy and delivery for a 2 Billion AED+ construction project in Abu Dhabi. Highly sensitive project involving advanced technology, complex MEP integration and significant levels of planning and coordination.

Reporting directly to the Project Executive Director, you will develop and implement the overall logistics strategy, ensuring the safe, efficient and coordinated movement of people, materials, plant and equipment throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading logistics on major construction or infrastructure projects valued at 1 Billion AED ++
• Clear TRACK RECORD for Reputable Main Contractors
• Demonstrable success delivering logistics on complex, live, multi-contractor environments
• Strong understanding of construction legislation, CDM Regulations and logistics best practice
• Experience leading and developing high-performing logistics teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. Memorable for the right reasons ONLY !

• 55-70,000 AED Per Month Lump Sum
