NSR Associates is seeking a Commercial Leader to drive the Commercial, Contracts & Surveying team on a Major Data Center project in Abu Dhabi. You will be the No1 Commercial Manager on site, handling FIDIC contracts and interfacing directly with the Project Executive and Group Commercial Director.

The role requires cradle-to-grave experience from bid submissions to final accounts, with strong stakeholder management and dispute resolution skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Commercial Manager or Project Commercial Manager on large contracts.
• Postgraduate qualification in Quantity Surveying (15 years noted).
• Proven track record with Tier 1 main contractors on build projects.
• Strong communication skills; able to manage stakeholders and disputes professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial, Contracts & Surveying team on the Major Data Center project.
• Oversee cradle-to-grave bid submissions, final accounts, and claims.
• Manage Sub-Contract arrangements and Joint Venture dynamics on site.

Tier 1 Buildings Main Contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Leader (to drive the Commercial, Contracts & Surveying team on this Major Project).

You will have clear experience as the No1 Commercial Manager based on site handling FIDIC contracts. Can you drive up stream and downstream whilst keeping the contract and project moving. This person will have a direct line into the Project Executive & Group Commercial Director.

You will have full life cycle experience of cradle to grave handling bid submissions to final account, claims & stakeholder management. You understand the project dynamics on Major Projects be that Sub-Contract management, Joint Venture dynamics and the usual project politics.

Ideally, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Commercial Manager / Project Commercial Manager handling large contract values.
• 15 Years Post Graduate - Quantity Surveying
• Clear experience on relevant Build Projects for Reputable Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Able to hold the room in a calm and professional manner
• Capable to see the wood through the trees on strategy and commercial disputes
• Strong communication skills on the e-mails and phone, no dear sir / madams or Tom's here thanks.
• You must be based and settled in Abu Dhabi. The client will NOT have employees commuting from Dubai

Package:

• Up to 80,000 AED Per Month Plus Flights & Medical
• Bonus scheme up to 2 1/2 Months Basic
