• Collect, review, and prepare shipping documentation for import/export to ensure compliance.
• Follow up on pending documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Manage and coordinate collection and verification of shipment-related documents per regulatory and client requirements.
• Analyze and report operational data using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making.
• Handle delay management by identifying issues early and implementing corrective measures.

Role Overview

Logistics Coordinator is to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods by tracking shipments, managing documentation, and coordinating with stakeholders. This role optimizes logistics operations, resolves delays, and enhances supply chain efficiency through proactive planning and data analysis. In addition, the Logistics Coordinator verifies that cargo is loaded in accordance with contracted specifications, grades, and other requirements.
