Job summary

Fox Talent in Dubai is seeking a Creative Producer to drive end-to-end live entertainment and experiential projects. You translate briefs into compelling event visions, oversee entertainment direction, narratives, show moments and guest journeys, and lead proposals from concept to live delivery across ceremonies, brand launches and conferences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in live entertainment and creative production.
• Track record developing creative proposals and client pitches.
• Strong understanding of performers, choreography, music and live shows.
• Experience responding to RFPs, tenders and pitches.
• Excellent written English, storytelling and presentation skills.
• Ability to brief designers and visualisers clearly.
• Confident presenting to senior clients and leading creative discussions.
• Budget awareness and impact of creative decisions.
• Experience with large-scale ceremonies, luxury and VIP events, GCC exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own incoming RFPs, tenders and creative briefs from initial thinking through to final submission
• Translate client objectives into original event concepts, creative worlds, narratives and audience journeys
• Develop entertainment programming, performance moments, reveals and immersive touchpoints across ceremonies, galas, brand launches and conferences
• Curate and propose the right mix of local, regional and international talent
• Work with Creative Directors, Show Directors and choreographers to develop show structures and bespoke moments
• Lead the creation of high-quality creative proposals and pitch decks from blank page to final presentation
• Confidently present concepts and proposals to clients and senior stakeholders
• Develop sold concepts into fully realised entertainment experiences, protecting the creative vision
• Attend site visits, rehearsals and technical meetings, providing creative direction onsite
