Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience with audio, video, lighting, and special effects in live entertainment or event production.
• Electrical, Electronics, IT and IT Network experience.
• Knowledge of operating entertainment show systems and show control systems.
• Technical training or certification in AV, Electrical/IT preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain AVL, cameras, lighting, and related equipment for live events.
• Perform daily checks, startup, closing procedures, preventive and corrective maintenance of AVL and network systems.
• Minimize downtime via preventive maintenance per manufacturer requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues in real-time to minimize disruption of shows and park operations.
• Support production and event sales teams to meet technical requirements and ensure smooth operations.
• Attend training and development programs to promote personal growth.
