Job summary

Kore. in Dubai is seeking a Listing Telesales specialist to advise clients and secure listings across the Dubai market. You will build strong relationships and demonstrate market expertise to consistently hit listing targets.

You will make outbound calls to property owners, convert leads into signed listings, qualify properties, maintain records, and hand over qualified listings to the sales team. This full-time, in-person role offers a monthly salary of AED 4,000–5,000 with 5% commission and

• Minimum 1 year of experience winning listings over the phone in real estate.
• Dubai real estate experience is essential.
• Proven track record of converting calls into signed listings.
• Confident, persistent, and capable with high call volume.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
