Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Linen Room Attendant to manage linen inventory, assist with uniform control, and maintain an orderly linen room. You will liaise withsupervisors to ensure policy compliance and quality service.

The role emphasizes accuracy in records, efficient handling of linen and uniforms, and collaboration with Laundry and Food & Beverage teams to support guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or housekeeping preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record and sort heavy stained linen before sending to Laundry.
• Receive, record and sort clean linen from Laundry and arrange on shelves.
• Issue linen to Food & Beverage outlets and guests floors as requisitioned.
• Issue uniforms to all employees and maintain uniform records.
• Check uniforms returned from Laundry for missing buttons or hems and send to Tailor.
• Ensure linen and uniforms are stored and recorded properly.
• Report to Supervisor any items needing maintenance.
• Report to Linen Supervisor any misuse of linen and uniforms.
