Job summary

Auxilium is hiring an experienced Light Gauge Steel (LGS) Structural Engineer for modular construction in the UAE. You will design, analyze and coordinate prefabricated modular building systems, focusing on manufacturing, transportation, lifting and installation.

The role requires 5–10 years in LGS/Cold-Formed Steel, with knowledge of AISI, Eurocode, ASCE, IBC, and proficiency in FrameCAD, Vertex, Tekla Structures, Revit and structural analysis tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in LGS / Cold-Formed Steel structures
• Experience in modular / offsite construction
• Knowledge of AISI, Eurocode, ASCE and IBC
• Experience with FrameCAD, Vertex, Tekla Structures and Revit
• Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000 or STRAP
• Strong understanding of connection design, bracing systems, load transfer and tolerances
• Ability to coordinate effectively with factory, architectural, MEP, QA/QC and project teams

Auxilium is looking for an experienced LGS Structural Engineer with strong expertise in Light Gauge Steel / Cold-Formed Steel systems and modular construction.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the structural design, analysis and coordination of prefabricated modular building systems, including considerations for manufacturing, transportation, lifting, stacking and installation.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in LGS / Cold-Formed Steel structures
• Proven experience in modular / offsite construction
• Strong knowledge of AISI, Eurocode, ASCE and IBC
• Experience with FrameCAD, Vertex, Tekla Structures and Revit
• Proficiency in STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000 or STRAP
• Strong understanding of connection design, bracing systems, load transfer and tolerances

Preferred:

• GCC / UAE modular project experience
