Job summary

Dubai Holding Entertainment is building a Lifeguard Talent Pool for its water-based attractions in Dubai. If you are safety-focused, physically fit, and enjoy working in fast-paced outdoor environments, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include supervising guests, maintaining vigilance, responding to emergencies, performing rescues, enforcing safety rules, and conducting regular safety checks. Roles are outdoors with shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Lifeguard certified (Ellis, RLSS or equivalent) or willing to certify.
• Physically fit to meet role demands.
• Confident, alert and able to respond under pressure.
• Comfortable working outdoors for long periods.
• Strong communicators with a guest-focused mindset.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Reliable, professional and safety-driven.

About the Role

Lifeguard responsibilities will typically include:

Carrying out regular safety, equipment and area checks

Please note:
Lifeguard roles are fully outdoors and require shift work, weekends and public holidays.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are:

Lifeguard certified (Ellis, RLSS or equivalent), or willing to undergo certification
