Job summary

Fairmont Dubai is seeking a dedicated Hotel Pool Lifeguard to protect guests at the luxury pool deck. You will monitor swimmers, enforce safety rules, and respond with fast CPR and first aid when needed.

You must hold a real lifeguard training card and a basic first aid license, be a very fast swimmer, and be able to work outdoors in hot weather. The role offers 2,200–2,800 AED monthly, free accommodation, duty meals, health cover, and opportunities to grow within the Accor hotel group.

Job description

Fairmont Dubai needs a strong and focused Hotel Pool Lifeguard to protect guests while they swim and relax at the luxury pool deck.

Daily Pool Tasks:

• Watch the water carefully at all times to spot any swimmer or child who might be struggling.
• Test the pool water chemicals every morning to make sure it is safe and clean for the skin.
• Arrange the sunbeds, fold dry towels, and mop up wet walking areas so nobody slips and falls.
• Perform fast CPR and emergency first aid if any medical accident happens near the swimming area.

Rules for Selection:

• Certificates: You must show a real lifeguard training card and a basic first aid license to apply.
• Fitness: Must be a very fast swimmer and comfortable working outside during hot summer weather.
• Status: Ready to pass the hotel medical test and transfer your visa smoothly to the Accor group.
