Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Lifeguard for a 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies with CPR/First Aid. Role requires strong swimming, alertness, and excellent English communication to assist guests.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid Lifeguard Certification.
Minimum 2 years of Lifeguard experience, preferably in hotel/resort/beach.
Strong swimming and water-rescue capability with good physical fitness and alertness.

Responsibilities

Continuously monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules and assess conditions to identify hazards.
Respond to emergencies with water rescue, First Aid and CPR and coordinate with hotel departments as required.
Conduct routine inspections of pool/beach areas and lifesaving equipment; report hazards or maintenance needs.
Provide professional guest assistance while upholding high hospitality standards and complete incident/inspection records.
