We are urgently hiring 2 Male Lifeguards for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidates will monitor the pool area, ensure guest safety, and respond to emergencies in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Requirements include prior lifeguard experience, basic English, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Accommodation, visa, and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are urgently hiring 2 Male Lifeguards for a leading high-luxury resort hotel in Al Ain. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and professional swimming pool environment, monitoring guests, responding promptly to emergencies, and delivering service in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety.


• Remain alert and respond immediately to emergencies or unsafe situations.


• Perform water rescue and first-aid procedures when required.


• Ensure guests comply with pool safety rules and regulations.


• Inspect pool areas and safety equipment before and during duty.


• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional pool environment.


• Report accidents, hazards, and maintenance concerns promptly.


• Provide courteous and professional assistance to hotel guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard, preferably within a hotel, resort, leisure facility, or swimming pool environment.


• Valid Lifeguard Certification preferred.


• First Aid / CPR certification preferred.


• Strong swimming and water-rescue ability.


• Physically fit and able to remain alert throughout duty.


• Good understanding of swimming pool safety procedures.


• Basic English communication skills.


• Professional appearance and guest-service attitude.


• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations.
