Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Lifeguard for a 5-star hotel in Abu Dhabi. You will monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules and respond to emergencies with CPR/First Aid. Role requires strong swimming, alertness, and excellent English communication to assist guests.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Lifeguard Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of Lifeguard experience, preferably in hotel/resort/beach.
• Strong swimming and water-rescue capability with good physical fitness and alertness.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules and assess conditions to identify hazards.
• Respond to emergencies with water rescue, First Aid and CPR and coordinate with hotel departments as required.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool/beach areas and lifesaving equipment; report hazards or maintenance needs.
• Provide professional guest assistance while upholding high hospitality standards and complete incident/inspection records.

• Continuously monitor pool and beach areas, enforce safety rules, assess weather/sea conditions, and identify potential hazards to ensure guest safety.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, performing water rescue, First Aid and CPR and coordinating with relevant hotel departments when required.
• Conduct routine inspections of pool/beach areas and lifesaving and safety equipment, reporting hazards, defects, or maintenance requirements.
• Provide professional guest assistance while maintaining high hospitality standards, and complete required incident, inspection and safety records accurately.

Qualifications:

• Valid Lifeguard Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lifeguard, preferably in a hotel, resort, or beach environment.
• Strong swimming and water-rescue capability with good physical fitness and alertness.
• Good English communication and guest-service skills, with the ability to respond calmly and quickly during emergencies
