Job summary

Jumeirah Saadiyat Island in the UAE seeks a Lifeguard to ensure guest safety at our luxury resort pools and beaches. You will monitor areas, enforce safety rules, and respond to incidents with First Aid and CPR.

Daily tasks include inspections and maintaining hygiene standards within a premier hospitality environment. Ideal candidates hold a College Diploma or equivalent, a valid First Aid certificate, and lifeguard credentials, with at least one year in hospitality or recreation.

Qualifications

• College diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Recognized swimming qualification or lifeguarding certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality, leisure, or recreation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities comply with quality management and safety standards.
• Process guest requests accurately and provide information promptly.
• Maintain pool safety through 10/20 scanning and respond to incidents with First Aid/CPR.
• Keep pool and surrounding areas clean and compliant with health and safety rules.
• Conduct daily inspections of First Aid kits and emergency supplies.
