Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in Abu Dhabi seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory submissions, engage with the GCGRA, and advise on product and technology initiatives. You will partner with Product, Technology and Operations to ensure initiatives are regulatorily compliant, track actions, and support governance and reporting across the business.

A minimum of 5 years in regulatory compliance or advisory roles in gaming or regulated sectors is required, with a degree in Business, Law or Risk

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or regulatory advisory roles.
• Experience preparing regulatory submissions and formal responses to regulators.
• Strong knowledge of gaming or other regulated sectors preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory submissions to the GCGRA, including product approvals and notices.
• Manage regulatory timelines, dependencies and submission documentation.
• Provide practical regulatory advice to support product development and technology changes.
• Identify and communicate regulatory requirements early in project lifecycles.
• Partner with Product, Technology and Operations to implement compliant processes.
