Job summary

ExecuJet Aviation Group in the UAE is seeking a Licensed GCAA/FAA Flight Dispatcher to join our Operations team in Dubai. The role requires strong knowledge of ground operations, flight planning, and ETOPS/NAT procedures, with a focus on safety and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of dispatch experience in the Middle East, a valid GCAA/FAA dispatch licence, and excellent communication skills in English. Flexibility with shifts and overtime is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Proven experience in aviation industry
• 2 years dispatch experience preferably for private operator within Middle East
• GCAA/FAA Dispatch Licence
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
• Ability to work with demanding customers
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant rules and procedures
• Exercise complete operational control and supervision of flights
• Provide customer service and support to crews and ownerships
• Act as link between client, PIC, aircraft, ground services and third parties
• Crew scheduling and safeguarding compliance with AOCs
• Plan all flights considering aircraft performance, weather, NOTAMs and MEL/CDL
• Provide timely briefs to customer and PIC
• Ensure ETOPS watch requirements are met when necessary
• Monitor weather/ATC delays and coordinate safe operation of flight
