Job summary

Confidential in Dubai seeks a Regional Distribution Manager to drive sales, distribution and market expansion across Levant and CIS markets. You will manage distributor relationships, develop new business opportunities and ensure strong visibility of our brand portfolios in the region.

You will provide market intelligence, monitor performance and coordinate with marketing to support local brand activation, ensuring effective distribution and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing non-GCC markets, specifically the Levant and CIS regions.
• Mandatory experience in watches, jewelry, accessories or perfumes.
• Strong experience in distributor management and international market development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies for assigned non-GCC markets.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing distributors and business partners.
• Drive sales performance, distribution growth and market penetration across assigned territories.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers and relevant channel partners to expand market coverage.
• Monitor distributor performance against agreed sales, distribution and business targets.
• Review sales forecasts, stock levels, sell-in/sell-out performance and market requirements with distributors.
• Identify opportunities to expand product distribution across relevant channels and markets.
• Support distributors in developing effective sales and market plans for the brands.
• Act as the key point of contact for distributors across the assigned markets.
• Conduct regular business reviews with distributors and follow up on agreed action plans.
