Job summary

ATW Build is seeking an experienced Master LEGO Builder & Team Lead to join our Dubai team. You will translate 3D designs into buildable LEGO models, lead a team of builders, and ensure high quality across events, installations, and client projects.

The ideal candidate combines creativity, technical precision, and leadership, collaborating with the Creative Team and 3D Modellers to maintain design intent and build feasibility while delivering on-site assembly support for client activations.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience as a LEGO Master Builder, with expertise in large-scale and intricate builds
• Experience managing or leading a team in a creative, hands-on production environment
• Ability to read and interpret 3D designs and concept files, translating them into practical LEGO structures

Responsibilities

• Translate 3D designs and concepts into practical, buildable LEGO models
• Build large-scale, complex structures as well as intricate, detailed models
• Lead and manage a team of LEGO builders, providing guidance, training, and task allocation
• Collaborate with the Creative Team and 3D Modellers to maintain design intent and build feasibility

We are looking for an experienced Master LEGO Builder & Team Lead to join our Dubai team and create high-quality, large-scale and intricate LEGO builds for events, installations, models, and client projects.

The ideal candidate will combine creativity, technical expertise, precision, and leadership skills, working closely with the Creative Team and 3D Modellers to translate 3D designs and concepts into buildable LEGO models, while managing a team of brick builders to ensure quality and efficiency across all projects.

The role

• Translate 3D designs and concepts into practical, buildable LEGO models
• Build large-scale, complex structures as well as intricate, detailed models
• Lead and manage a team of LEGO builders, providing guidance, training, and task allocation
• Collaborate with the Creative Team and 3D Modellers to maintain design intent and build feasibility
