Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of legal experience focused on reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial or transactional agreements.
• Experience as in-house counsel, senior associate, legal consultant, or transactional counsel.
• Strong experience with NDAs, services agreements, procurement, technology, or licensing agreements.
• Ability to explain complex legal reasoning to non-lawyers (engineers, product managers).
• Qualification or admission as a lawyer in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• Strong written communication for structured evaluations.

• Assess AI-generated outputs including summaries, clause classifications, and redline recommendations
• Develop evaluation rubrics, benchmarks, and high-quality ground-truth data for model training
• Advise on how playbooks, precedent, and negotiation rationale should inform AI recommendations
• Support customer discovery and validate proposed workflows

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of legal experience preferred, specifically in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial or transactional agreements
• Experience as an in-house lawyer, senior associate, legal consultant, or transactional counsel
• Strong experience with NDAs, services agreements, procurement, technology, or licensing agreements
• Ability to explain complex legal reasoning to non-lawyers (engineers, product managers)
• Qualification or admission as a lawyer in a U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong written communication skills for producing structured evaluations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in private equity, M&A, funds, or international commercial agreements
