Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Lebanese cuisine.
• Knowledge of Lebanese cooking techniques, spices, and traditional recipes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
• Culinary certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present authentic Lebanese dishes according to traditional recipes and restaurant standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ingredient procurement, and stock management.
