Job summary

Cresco Real Estate LLC is seeking an experienced Real Estate Broker to actively manage a growing portfolio of properties for sale and rent in Dubai. You will advise clients on market conditions, conduct viewings, and close deals through strong negotiation and networking.

The role requires 2-3 years of Dubai experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with CRM tools and listing platforms. A performance-based commission structure complements a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years as Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai with a track record of closing deals.

• Conduct property viewings, meetings, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through networking and referrals.
• Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate market trends and laws to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Prepare property listings and maintain accurate records of sales and rental transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as set by the company.

Requirements:
