Job summary

Gargash Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Leasing Administrator to support daily leasing operations for a mixed residential and commercial portfolio. You will manage lease documentation, renewals, tenant communication, Ejari compliance, and data accuracy.

You will serve as the primary admin link between tenants, property management, and internal teams to ensure compliant leasing processes under UAE tenancy law and RERA regulations.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in lease administration, real estate coordination, or property management (landlord-side experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process tenancy contracts, renewals, and addenda per policy and RERA guidelines.
• Validate lease agreements and supporting documents (trade license, POA, title deed, Emirates ID, passport copies).
• Maintain an organized filing system for leasing documents to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
• Draft and issue lease amendments, renewal notices, and termination letters with contractual accuracy.
