Job summary

Al Sahraa Group in the UAE seeks a dedicated education support professional to provide one-to-one assistance to students of determination, helping them access the curriculum and participate in class activities.

You will collaborate with teachers and therapists, support behavioral and communication development, and help implement Individual Education Plans while maintaining records and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience in a similar role, or a Bachelor's degree in special education.
• Relevant training in special education or inclusion support is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic (spoken and written).
• Professional, committed, and compassionate approach to working with students.
• Ability to work effectively within a multicultural environment.
• Innovative, flexible, resourceful, and enthusiastic personality.

Responsibilities

Requirements
