Job summary

Stellar Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Operations Platform Specialist to run our learning platform, manage cohorts, and build automation workflows. You will serve as the first line of support for learners and coordinate with IT, marketing, and program teams to ensure smooth launches.

You will design and maintain automations in n8n or similar tools, check data integrity, and document workflows so others can pick them up. Prior LMS/LXP admin experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical operations, systems administration, or digital learning operations.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n/Make/Zapier/Power Automate).
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and messy data.

Responsibilities

• Run and administer the learning platform and cohorts.
• Set up user accounts, cohorts, permissions, and course assignments.
• Quality-check content before live cohorts; manage vendor escalations.
