Job summary

Q-Express Documents Transport is seeking a Content Specialist to create, curate, and manage content across platforms, ensuring accuracy, engagement and brand alignment. You will collaborate with subject matter experts, develop instructional materials, and apply adult learning theories to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Responsibilities include developing content strategies, creating high-quality content for websites and newsletters, editing for clarity, and designing e-learning modules

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or as a trainer.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, C#, JavaScript, Python, Ruby or Perl.
• Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content strategy that supports organizational objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging content for websites and newsletters.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate content.
• Design and develop instructional materials including e-learning modules and training manuals.
• Apply ADDIE and SAM models to create engaging learning experiences.
