Job summary

Key responsibilities include developing L&D strategy, conducting skills-gap assessments, delivering learning programs, and partnering with stakeholders to tailor solutions for local needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Strong background in training needs analysis, curriculum design, and learning program development.
• Experience conducting skills-gap assessments and translating findings into actionable development plans.
• Exposure to workforce planning, employee upskilling, reskilling, or cross-training initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
• Experience working within a global or multi-regional business environment.
• Experience supporting large operational or service-based organizations.
