The Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator supports the design, coordination, and delivery of training and development initiatives across the organization. This role ensures employees receive effective learning opportunities that align with business needs, enhance performance, and support career growth. The L&D Coordinator works closely with HR, department leaders, and external training providers to maintain a culture of continuous learning.
